“I went to this post office to pick up a package. They were technically closed because of a leak and were asking people to come back on Monday. The lovely women I spoke to said, "Please wait," and they proceeded to find my package for me. I've been to this post office many times since moving to Mile End. They've been very helpful and friendly, but today went above expectations.”

“There was a very Rude unprofessional Indian woman working at this post office for her rude behaviour we stopped going there.The great news is she left bow post office, and there's new very good member of staff working they all are really great people.specially female staff name becki (female staff) and pankaj (male staff) they are very friendly people, for this reason we are now going back to the Bow post office, as we have a online business we regularly sending parcels and over the past few years we used other courier services, however all good now.”

“The reason I'm scoring this 5 is after the Monday where the service was appalling, I was dealt with a very rude member of staff who clearly doesn't enjoy her job and is completely incompetent, I had to tell her to change her tone of voice while speaking to me I came away with the parcel I needed to post and returned the next day to be served by a staff member named Charlie who is a diamond. Any time I've been served by him the service is top notch, he's friendly polite and extremely helpful and he actually gave me the correct information.i was looking for compared to the lady from the day before who told me it would cost £55 to send my parcel to Germany she failed to tell me I could pay £32 with the same tracking information it just took an extra day or so for it to arrive. I think it's important staff give the correct information especially when there's a cost of living Igoing forward I will not be served by this specific lady.”
