“After being treated disrespectfully in Swiss Cottage I came to this post office. The lady behind the counter said hello and good morning, what a breath of fresh air she was. I would highly recommend using this post office rather than Swiss Cottage as the staff are polite and well mannered.”

“Great local post office. Staff are always courteous and friendly. They know the locals and I see them greet regulars often. The other post office in Maida Vale is a mess so I’m thankful that this branch exists and is run by nice normal people and all their services work, at least every time I’ve visited it’s been the case.”

The gentleman working there was very unhelpful the two times he served me, but the younger lady would always swoop in to help and solve any issue there might be. I only want to interact with her whenever I need help.”

“Anyone giving this post office less than 5 stars has never been to another post office. The staff are amazing, kind, fast. There is hardly ever a queue! There is free parking outside, lovely neighbours, and coffee next door. Take one trip to Herne Hill’s post office or frankly any other and tell me I’m not right.”

During covid restrictions staff in did everything to speed things along helping with self serve postage with staff in the door keeping things moving and ensuring social distancing. Often busy but normally has three counter windows open and so the queue moves reasonably fast.”
