To my surprise they offered to do it on spot by instead filling form on iPad and taking picture at the cost of £21 instead of me sending to DVLA for £20 + posting costs.This saved me lots of time and of course no need to pay extra £10 for passport pictures.Staff was friendly and helpful ??”
