“Syed was the man who served me. My phone was damaged I paid for some work to be done but he could not get it fully working. When I dropped the phone it had done more damage than we thought. Each time he got it working it worked for a while then went wrong again. Each time he was happy to try again and spent a lot of time working on it for me. He is very polite and a nice guy I would recommend him and Mobile Bits.”

“Needed a rear glass replacement for a Huawei Mate 20 Pro, the helpful shop assistant gave me a quote of £40 which I was happy with. After 45 mins I returned and was told that only the camera glass was required, and I had only £20 to pay. A really nice surprise, an honest shop assistant that only carried out the necessary work. Thank you and well done. Receipt attached.”

“Just been in to the Romford store and have to say that Charlie was an absolute star. My phone had done an update and had lost all connection, he was efficient in finding the fault and fixed it. He said the phone may take up to 24 hours to work again but it was back on working good as new within an hour. THANKYOU CHARLIE”
