“Came in for a phone repair as my power button was not working on my Samsung Galaxy A71. Was told they would need to order parts and they would call me back when ready. Got a call roughly an hour later to say its fixed. Very straightforward and fixed my issue very quickly. No issues with customer service, the person who dealt with my issue was friendly and to the point. Would recommend this place.”

“We had dinner there last night. Staff were friendly and offered us better seating than what we chose. Place was very clean and beautifully decorated in an eastern Arab theme. Seating for eating in is at the bottom which can be accessed via stairs. Food portions were big and we could share meals. For a family of 4 adults and one child, we could share a mixed grill, burger and ribs with fries. Food was brought out sizzling not long after we ordered. We all enjoyed our delicious meals. Close to the tables were a basin to wash hands and toilets. A recommendation to TMG is to provide more serviettes. We could not complain about anything, it was an amazing experience. The service was excellent.”

“I don't usually post reviews but can't fault the service received from Nick at Phones N'Tones, he repaired the cracked back on my Samsung S8 in 3 days and delivered it back to be for a very reasonable price. I would recommend giving him a ring or text to check if he's on his premises beforehand if you're dropping off your phone as he is often out delivering (he is at the rear of IC Estate Agents). The screen fix was 90 and the additional glass was 10. It took less than 15 minutes. I'd recommend this place if you find yourself needing a screen fixed.”

“Had a really good experience at this EE location as I tried to decide between it and 3 after leaving Vodafone. Maahin is such a gent, really patient and full of good info, anything he didn’t know he researched on his phone. And he reminded me of the Netflix premium I’m paying for my siblings which they offer as a bonus option saving me another £18.99 a month! He even texted me to let me know when my sim card was ready (I had taken the time to do some shopping). While Japan is not yet on their inclusive roaming plan as it is with 3….. overall happy I’ve switched so far. Thanks Maahin!”
