“Today I went to central London and my phone had ran out of battery and I was alone, I was nervous and panicked and came to the shop in distress (may not seem like a big deal but I have anxiety!) and asked to borrow a charger.. it was a long shot as most shops don’t do that but a kind gentleman who worked there saw that I was panicking and worried and allowed me to use a charging port for free. I would like to thank the staff for being so kind and understanding as I had to call my dad and let him know.”
