“Overall a faultless and excellent service. Booking was very easy via website. Parking is easy & free as it’s part of Tesco.The optometrist: Sandeep Panesar was very easy to talk to. I visited the store to re-check a recent prescription elsewhere. She was more than happy to assess my prior prescriptions and was patient with my questions. Made sure I understood the prescriptions she had provided me, as to this was a re-check. Carefully diagnosed conditions I had. Overall, was very easy to talk to and made me feel at ease during the examination. Finally, the lady who I made payment with was friendly and I left with a overall great experience. Good to see great customer service still exists.”

“Great experience from start to end. Kind, knowledgeable, professional and respectful staff from the moment you walk in. It was quite busy and they were slightly behind, however I did go in Saturday morning around 10am. So avoid that time and day if possible. Otherwise, great experience and I would absolutely recommend going here for your eye care needs.”

“I can’t rate Debneys highly enough. Mr Debney has looked after me for 44 years (through all sorts of eye related problems!) More frequent visits needed as I get older but always a welcoming and professional service from the whole team. Friendly receptionists who do their best to get you an appointment in a crisis and optical assistants who have the patience of a saint when it comes to finding the perfect frame! Highly recommended.”

“My whole family has be going to J.I Partridge for the last 7/8 years. Everyone at the store is so good. They take their time with doing the eye tests, trying to help us choose frames or sunglasses…whatever it maybe! Never in a rush and so kind and patient with the kids.
