“I was asked if I wanted to pay you an extra £25 for you to provide a "better" in depth view of the back of my eye. Why, does this mean you are not being paid enough money from the NHS to cover my need to find out problems I may have?I was also told my glasses lens were scratched and I was advised to buy new! I have had them checked independantly and they are not! They are perfect as I use special stands for them in my bedroom and bathroom so as not to put them down etc onto a surface that could mark etc.”

“I had my eye test on 26th January 2022 at Vision express (Tesco Rainham Essex).The appointment was on time and carried out in a very professional manor ,the staff were very polite and helpful throughout .Very happy would recommend .”
