“I have been with Specsavers for number of years and I have always had a great experience. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with friendly staff members. They are quick to take your details and ensure your pre eye test check are complete.I was seen by Kam who is a highly trained optician and is very helpful, he has great attention to detail and talks you through each step of the way.The branch has an amazing range of glasses and I found what I wanted. The frames are always being refreshed so there is a variety to choose from. The floor staff are very helpful with choosing a new pair of glasses and give a great customer experience. I would highly recommend going to Specsavers in Shepherds Bush.”
