I went in to add sim to Mobil only -to be told I can get better Wi-Fi for same price but now checking my bill being charged over £92 on my next bill ! Told I have have to go back to store to get charge taken off , for installation that I never received! Been with ee 11 years and feel completely done over by staff in store... read full comment
