“I recently faced an unexpected mishap with my smartphone, and I turned to Gadcet for assistance. From start to finish, their mobile telephone repair service exceeded all expectations. I was pleasantly surprised by the speed at which my phone was repaired. Many thanks to Bilal that have earned my trust and loyalty as a customer.”

“Had to queue for 20 minutes in Tesco Gallows Corner before being seen. Very small place about the size of a living room. I was feeling frustrated having to wait so long but once I was their the chap I saw (I think his name was Craig} was extremely helpful.\\n\\nHe took time to explain all the options and was clearly very knowledgeable and passionate about his job. Thanks to Craig a deffinate bad shopping experience turned into a good one.\\n\\nAs for the network, It's based on O2 so for me the coverage is reasonable. I was tired of 24 month contracts so the 12 month sim ony contract was ideal for me with 5000 minutes, 5000 texts and 8gb of data.\\n\\nNot had a need to use the customer services which I read has received mixed reviews. As for the storefront, excellent.”

“Went in to buy something from Argos and noticed there was a EE store inside Argos. Got my new iPhone 7 and there was friendly and helpful staff. Much more convenient than the high street branches as there is free parking and no long waiting times and ques. Had so much time to pick my phone and contract.”

“I've been a fan of CEX for many years and overall its a good place to buy 2nd hand IT stuff. Whatever you get is covered by a 1-2 year warranty which is great to know. You can also-1)Trade in your old IT stuff and pay the difference in price for stuff they have on sale in the shop, that = cheaper price of the item you want = good news.2)Sell your old IT stuff and get paid or get a voucher to pay for some thing else you need at another point in time.In theory its a good idea but in practice you don't get as much cash or voucher value as CEX sell the same item.CEX sell the same item at roughly double what they pay you in cash/voucher which isn't that good but its better than nothing. It would be nice if CEX gave you 1/2 the price in cash/voucher which they sell the item, CEX's CEO would need to make new rules to do this.------------CEX have an online store, if you see some thing in CEX-Romford you can buy it online and pick it up which saves on postage costs (if you live localy). If you don't live localy then you have to pay a flat postage fee which on lower price items can almost double their total price.......ouch.CEX's website doesn't allow free delivery to CEX-Romford to pick it up which is annoying as we have a store in Romford.CEX's website doesn't allow items at one store to be sent to CEX-Romford thats annoying. But this isn't the fault of CEX-Romford, its down to their CEO to sort this out.------------CEX-Romford is great, they have many IT goods in stock, their staff are friendly, make time to listen and know their stuff so if you talk in "IT tech language" they will understand what you say as well as talking to normal people in normal language. There's one annoying thing, if you get there 10-15 mins before closing time, their staff wont let you in as they want to shut up shop and go home at closing time.------------As an IT store I recommend CEX and CEX-Romford, I trust them and the goods they sell, their prices are honest and reasonable.Unlike other similar shops in Romford who sell over priced IT goods, CEX won't rip you off or over price goods you buy from them (thats what I've found over the years).Prices of the items are the same if you got them in CEX-Aberdeen-Scotland down to CEX-Brighton-England etc and thats nice to know.Yes CEX have a few problems but no one's perfect, we are all human.”

“I upgraded my phone last weekend as my phone was getting old and very short on storage. I was helped by Ben who was excellent. He was knowledgeable and patient and helped me get a good deal. He also transferred all my data from my old phone. Very impressed with service”

“Visited the EE store in Romford today, interested in a phone upgrade deal I had seen online. Staff were very helpful and friendly, but bonus credit to Sabrina, who took the time to find me a great package with exactly what I originally wanted, plus a free bonus tablet, for the same price. Glad I went into the store today instead of online.”

“Just been in to the Romford store and have to say that Charlie was an absolute star. My phone had done an update and had lost all connection, he was efficient in finding the fault and fixed it. He said the phone may take up to 24 hours to work again but it was back on working good as new within an hour. THANKYOU CHARLIE”
