“3 months ago I came into the store because my SIM had run out and I needed a new plan. Sakinder - a branch employee - ran me through the options in a quick and efficient manner.Yesterday my old phone pretty much packed up from age and abuse, and I needed another one that would do everything the previous one did.After going into Vodafone Barkingside again, Sakinder was there and after a brief conversation he remembered who I was and what we'd talked about previously. He treated me more a friend than a customer and I appreciate the close-natured communication provided. He gave me a good deal on a new plan, and I would highly recommend anyone I know to this branch.”

“When I received my order, it was in shambles. Received the wrong AC adapter (but was given 2x that didn't belong to my game console). One of the two games was wrong. AND, to top it all off, I wasn't given the game controller.I was so afraid I would be giving a one-star review. BUT....Went in twice to resolve the item errors and, whilst the correction wasn't perfect (AC adapter is EU specific with a EU/UK adapter), every other issue was resolved as good as could be imagined.”

“Visited here 3 times during the course of a week about moving from another provider. Never a wait to chat with an advisor. Always got the impression that EE wanted my business. 2 of the 3 visits Erla (happy to be mentioned by name) went above and beyond to answer my questions and explain options. Devoted plenty of time to get everything set up with my existing phone and tying the new EE contract into my existing BT home contract. Over the next couple of days, everything played out as Erla said it would. I'm very happy with the result and wish I'd been more proactive about moving providers years ago.”

“There are lots of options to choose from...I bought this microwave and the price tag was 189.00 pounds and when I went for the payment the assistant told me the price had gone up by 60 pounds. I was not ready to pay higher as they still had the amount displayed . After talking to the manager I was offered the same amount as displayed.Happy Ending ?Always choose the extended warranty guys .....just a tip .”
