“I'm very disappointed with the customer service with. I'ford store, they have sent me a action camera graded A with missing parts and when I went to my local store in chelmsley wood which was very helpful ...they emailed the store in I'ford and they couldn't even even reply the emails the store manager from the chelmsley wood branch was sending to them , and let me wait more than 2 hours in store with 2 small childrens. the store manager in chelmsley wood tries to call them several times and they couldn't even bother to pick the phone up knowing that o was in there waiting for a simple answer. I was happy with the action camera and I wanted to keep it but they have treated me so badly that at the end I have returned it. It's a very bad service and they also haven't been collaborative with the store in the Chelmsley wood Birmingham branch that tried their best to solve a very simple problem. I wanted to keep the camera but because of their stupidity they have lost £300 sales. Very disappointed and trust me never shop in this store , very unprofessional and they can care less about customers.”

“There are lots of options to choose from...I bought this microwave and the price tag was 189.00 pounds and when I went for the payment the assistant told me the price had gone up by 60 pounds. I was not ready to pay higher as they still had the amount displayed . After talking to the manager I was offered the same amount as displayed.Happy Ending ?Always choose the extended warranty guys .....just a tip .”

“Went in on the 21/02/2025 to get a new contract and was helped my Eria I think that’s how you spell her name hahaha and her manager, the staff was so helpful and a delight to talk to. They went above and beyond to help me and it was greatly appreciated, yes it’s a store of young staff which I can see people have complained about in the below reviews but that doesn’t take away from the hard work they doing and the great atmosphere they create in the store !! thanks guys”
