“As far as the bookshop is concerned, it’s excellent: a great selection of books, clear layout and helpful and friendly staff. The cafe staff are delightful and the quality of food is also good however many of us are not keen on the new seating area by the window which blocks light and attracts laptop users. It used to be a perfect area to have a coffee and read your newly purchased book but I’m afraid it now feels claustrophobic and too office-like. Such a shame.”

“I bought my maroon two piece Bebe suit here for 12 pounds last fall. It has eighties shoulder pads and I feel quite dated wearing it, but in the best way. I like this charity shop because they also sell this really nice inexpensive range of jewellery and I was really feeling this stone heart necklace on a cord for 2.99, right next to the cashier. This store also has a decent bag selection, never a bad thing. Hopefully, I can get some more eighties attire so I can emulate those girls on the cover of Roxy Music records. Hot.”
