“You know when you've received great service all you want to do is tell everyone about it. I had to despatch an urgent document via DHL and the lady in the store was so helpful! She explained the process, step by step, reassured me I'd done all the correct procedures (DHL customer services were useless!!) and she was so nice! The young gentleman at the till was very friendly too. 10/10 for customer service! Highly recommended!!”
