Terrible customer service, having ongoing problems for couple months already and still have not resolved it.

Today 13th of August at 10:15 am I came into the TSB bank and I had a strange experience ..I’m giving five stars solely for the young Black man who served me with such a wonderful attitude. Waste of time. The staff just stand and chat to each other while people are waiting. TAKE A SIT so they can finish talking about random stuff. 4 people waiting for half an hour while all stuff are gathered together
