Banks can get a bad reputation but I find Halifax staff to be patient and supportive if you can approach them with respect. Unfortunately lots of people come into these places understandably stressed out, which must mean challenge and confrontation sometimes :(”

The person I was speaking over the phone could not be more helpful and patient with me. In the end he has not only saved my time from going to the brunch and wait for hours in the queue but also has fix my issue with no hesitation. So sad, but I cant remember his name.”
“Today 13th of August at 10:15 am I came into the TSB bank and I had a strange experience ..I’m giving five stars solely for the young Black man who served me with such a wonderful attitude. I could tell he was new, but he treated me with genuine kindness and care. Unfortunately, it was disheartening to see him paired with an older staff member who clearly let her ego get in the way of properly teaching new employees. This older white woman was extremely rude and showed a lot of attitude toward him. I also saw her serving other customers with zero patience. It’s frustrating to watch staff behave like that—especially in customer service—because it’s clear they’ve forgotten what good service is truly about.”
