I received some of the best customer service I've ever experienced, every single staff member was kind, chatty, and efficient. Everyone who I saw made sure to give me as much time as I needed and gave me space to ask questions. The floor staff and the optometrist were just fantastic, they seemed to all work great as a team. They weren't at all pushy when it came to buying glasses, which given I was on a tight budget, I really appreciated. Highly recommend this branch of Specsavers!”
