Terrible customer service from the lady with ginger curly hair, i would not recommend coming to this branch at all

Tried to exchange some faulty headphones. They said it was my fault that it wasn't and they wont exchange it. There was as a very rude member of staff in there. Will not be going in there again and after taking legal advice will be speaking to trading standards about this appalling customer service

I went to cex in Peckham yesterday to sell a item the time was 5.30pm they close at 7 pm the shop was messy they had two staff working at the time one of the staff was serving a customer in which it was just the two of us in the shop it was empty they told me that the testing centre closes at 5pm I felt like it was just... read full comment
