“I came in with an issue regarding my SIM card, fully expecting it to be a huge ordeal and a complicated fix. I was greeted by the lovely store manager, whom I unfortunately forget the name of. I explained the situation, and he was SO reassuring and helpful. I thought I'd be there for an hour and a half; I was in and out in 12 minutes. I could not be more satisfied with the service I received, and I HEAVILY recommend this Vodafone location!!!! You guys were truly wonderful and made my day so much better.”

“I hardly ever write reviews but I was so impressed by the staff at this Carphone Warehouse that I thought I should. I visited twice, sadly I didn't ask for the name of the person I spoke with on the evening of Friday 21st, but today I spoke with Anish to get a new contract phone. Both members of staff were exemplary - polite, knowledgeable, provided all the information I needed and very helpful indeed. It can't be an easy job as they need to juggle other customer queries at the same time which they both managed superbly. Carphone Warehouse, I am very impressed with your staff recruitment.
