“I don't usually post reviews but can't fault the service received from Nick at Phones N'Tones, he repaired the cracked back on my Samsung S8 in 3 days and delivered it back to be for a very reasonable price. I would recommend giving him a ring or text to check if he's on his premises beforehand if you're dropping off your phone as he is often out delivering (he is at the rear of IC Estate Agents). “Small store but they have a lot of great, quality items in comparison to others. Had a good experience from the staff here - purchased an adapter from another store that turned out faulty and the boys here tested it and replaced it with another they had. Specifically visited this store to do a replacement and it was a smooth process overall. Had a look around their other items whilst I was waiting and will definitely be back! Easy access from Whitechapel station and local bus routes also.”

“Needed an emergency screen repair on my iPhone XS and this was the nearest shop to me. The man in the shop was very nice and the pricing and time was very straightforward. The screen fix was 90 and the additional glass was 10. It took less than 15 minutes. I'd recommend this place if you find yourself needing a screen fixed.”
