They had a good selection of beds, and informed staff. They gave me all the time in the world to try out the ones selected from their computer out to find the one I liked the best. Can't do that online.

Horrible customer service. I twisted and sprained my foot today on a step in their store and couldn’t even stand let alone walk but the staff who saw me in pain didn’t even bother to help me or help me walk to an Uber for the hospital and instead told me to “sit it out”.
