Very helpful staff ran us through the options we were looking for (from cheapest to most expensive, as well as different firmness and features), plus did a body scan to work out what options were best for us. Appreciated the personal touch!

I visited the Wimbledon branch today and I would highly recommend visiting the branch. Jacqueline was super helpful and friendly. She was so patient and polite and gave me all the information I needed to buy my new mattress. I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Thank you Jacqueline.

They had a good selection of beds, and informed staff. They gave me all the time in the world to try out the ones selected from their computer out to find the one I liked the best. Can't do that online.

Horrible customer service. I twisted and sprained my foot today on a step in their store and couldn?t even stand let alone walk but the staff who saw me in pain didn?t even bother to help me or help me walk to an Uber for the hospital and instead told me to ?sit it out?. Least courtesy you can expect is the staff helping you if a tripping hazard has happened at their store.

My husband and I recently visited Dreams in Wimbledon to purchase new mattresses. We had excellent service from Farhan and Gobi. They were both very knowledgeable about the products they are selling and very patient. The store has an excellent choice of mattresses. We highly recommend visiting this store if you are thinking about purchasing a new mattress

My partner and I needed a new mattress and originally toyed with the idea of over of these new space age sounding mattresses from am online company but decided to try going to a shop where we could try some instead. Happy to report that we made the right call. There are so many more options in the shop than you'll find from mattress in a box online shops and you get to try lying form on them. You even get given a pillow in the shop to try with. In the end we opted for a completely different style of mattress than we thought we'd like. Plus you can trial run getting into bed and turning in the night to see how much your partner will notice.
A real highlight of shop store were the staff. I never thought they'd have so many knowledgeable people of the different mattress types and ranges. They were also super helpful with recommendations and even offered to let us try a variety of pillows to boot. And best of all, they were not pushy and reassured us that we can take our time testing as many mattresses as we like and even offered us tea. We ended up going back three times to try all the varieties and got chatting to the staff every time because they were so friendly.
TL;DR, I cannot recommend this place enough. Fantastic staff, great selection, you can try lots of types of mattress and you get to support your local high street.
