Thank you so much to the very friendly and helpful team at Baker Street who fitted casters onto my oil-filled radiator. The instruction leaflet was impossible for me to understand but they came to my rescue. Brilliant customer service on a busy Saturday afternoon.

Shame I can’t give 0 stars. Asked a member of staff for help and was given the wrong item. The member of staff looked at me with such conviction that he was giving me the right thing, he didn’t care. I went in today as my weight scale had a screw in the back and I couldn’t open it to change the battery. Went to a few other hardware stores without any luck.
