“Served by AHSAN at the tills , super friendly and easy going to talk to, was feeling a bit down and he lifted my entire mood from such a small interaction, what an amazing and genuine person to have working at M&S, will come back to be served by him again !!”

“When I visited before 10 a.m., they had the famous pistachio cookies, but when I visited at 7 p.m., they were all gone. The fruits were sweet and delicious! It was an interesting experience because the milk tasted completely different from Korea.”

“I went out in the evening to buy food near the Wilde Hotel.
Almost all stores closed
But this place was just open.
I think the food is plentiful and the prices are reasonable.
I'm going to have a quick dinner and take a rest.
I ate an egg sandwich (about 3£).
No taste
Still, there is a lot of food
I recommend buying cheap food when traveling.”

“Great shop.I am regular there on my way to work.I was knackered, so I needed an energy drink. It's part of the meal deal.I never had meal deal before, so Liby kindly helped me tailor made my deal. Explaining what options I have.I picked the main, from the hot food section. At the checkout Foysol mentioned, I can have a sauce with the roll, if I want.Top notch service.Keep up the good work ?”

“This particular store is geared up for the lunchtime crowd. A great variety of sandwiches and wraps, and also biscuits and cakes for the office. You won’t find much else here. The staff are pretty helpful.”

“I took my wife here for our anniversary a few weeks ago because it has always been one of my favourites and it certainly did not disappoint. The food was impeccable as always, especially if you embrace the nose to tail ethos. The wine list offers great interest at a variety of price points, and the service was absolutely on point and very generous in honour of the occasion. It is also in a great part of London to explore (although I may be biased, having once lived around the corner). In short, I wholeheartedly recommend eating here!”

“Thank you so much to the very friendly and helpful team at Baker Street who fitted casters onto my oil-filled radiator. The instruction leaflet was impossible for me to understand but they came to my rescue. Brilliant customer service on a busy Saturday afternoon.”

“Just took back a faulty thermos flask without the receipt, explained it was roughly 6 months old and had failed, Mark the assistant manager looked up my card details and simply gave me a replacement new flask.
Absolutely fantastic service, thank you Mark, you were extremely polite and helpful ,a credit to your company.

“Limited range of products but they have 'the essentials' for a local branch. Reasonably clean but so tiny and very limited space to move around especially during a pandemic. Lines are always long for the till. The self-service tills never seem to all work except a few. Most people tend to line up for a proper till where the staff will serve you but don't realise you can use if available a self-service one. Only use the latter for card payments. Cash you need to wait in the long line! Always only one member of staff, sometimes two on the till which is annoying. They do have really good offers and very cheap too. A packet of biscuits is a fraction of the price compared to the newsagent near by!”

“Today a man was trying to steal and staff stopped him. The man went mad and started to attack the staff and isle by isle smashed the shop up. The customers including myself and young child was terrified as we were stuck in the store and was moving around the store to find safety. The staff were amazing! They done all they could to contain him and keep us safe and get us out safely ,even trying to calm my terrified child, even though they were still being attacked by this man. I can’t praise them enough for there actions today. Thank you all very much”

“On the whole a good store, however it’s meant to be 24 hours but they often close and lock the doors during the night. Sometimes staff will let you in, sometimes like tonight for me they wouldn’t. Not truely 24 hours.”
