This is my favorite Lloyds branch! The staff here are so friendly that just being here lifts my mood. They even shared some helpful tips and tricks about using the app. When they saw that I didn’t know my PIN code, they kindly asked if I needed help changing it to something more familiar and personal.

I arrived to Lloyds as it was opening, unfortunately there were no Cashiers available however, Kim was able to help me. She was super super helpful and patient with me, exactly what was needed while there was little staff and systems were running low. Thank you !!
