“I received great service and advice from Dovile. She was really trying to help me on the day. There was one female staff member who I also had to deal with, but extremely unpleasant with attitude. The branch changed over the years. The space is awkward, nowhere to sit comfortably, neither in private to discuss your money business. Also the cash counter is gone, that's a big disappointment.”

“Buses on time … staff helpful…. Be very careful of you luggage as I nearly lost it but after waiting 15 minutes the guy who took my suitcase returned it back but it is stressful…. Lots of food and coffee shops but lil expensive just outside the coach station is Sainsbury to buy meal deals just in case”
