This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The staff was horrendous, the cleanliness of the common areas was horrendous, the room in itself was not acceptable for anyone to stay i! But great blackout drapes.

Great stay at the Trafalgar St. James. The most perfect location for touring since shopping, museums, tube, Leicester Square, and subway stations are all within a quick walk.
