I bought a mobile phone and they said if I buy a watch, there will be a 15% discount on the watch. I am very happy to buy the Fold 5, I got home and found that there was no discount on my bill. The sells team had no clue what was going on. I had 4 staff approach me and all wanted to make a sell.Then when one finally got the item, he had no idea how to use the till. I had to in the end add my own address on the till and he still could not finish the sell....I walked out in the end. Terrible service.
