I was in the store on Sunday because my z4 was get heating and damaged the screen and screen don't get flat any more l will talk a picture later you can see it but service by too gils and they didn't have any experience one of them training on my phone and the girl techies the girl who to laying what ever she said she said this phone was dropped when I said no and she changed a story she said no screen it's have small dots that way this happens but I was forgot about my phone because both them start be rude and bullying me and what ever I say it was laying but the writ and because I have a problem and difficulty to speak when I'm nervous and my English is no good they start making fun of me and when I left both them start laphing and making fun of me how I was still by the left and I didn't do anything about that because I didn't want to my daughter see me get angry and upset when people make fun of her dad and I left because she was service someone before me she was not rude to them I think for next time I will wear a suit and take a translation with me I'm despondent because I have 5 samsung an tv but the to gils show me that no other way go back to apple when I was paid for the phone thay was nice because they just want to take the money no warranty no service and they didn't start with the Hi or the name start with where I from

Be advised that being 5-10 minutes late for a mobile phone repair drop off will result in your half hour appointment being cancelled.Customer service is appauling. Most of the staff I met today have no manners and and make no apologies for wasting your time.I escalated this to the manager who was also incredibly unhelpful and asked if he could book me in for the same abuse of my time the following day. No thanks...You can spend top dollar on their products but that's where the service appears to end. Very dissapointed and upset customer. Do not use the Oxford St branch until there's a complete culture change in their service. I leave this review in March 2024.

Please do not shop here.Came in for a Samsung phone and watch to help with heart tracking. Got moved on to three different staff before anyone could give me any help at all.Staff are very disorganised and do not seem to have any co-ordination.There?s two huge security guards (who block half the entrance) who stare you down as you enter the store. Extremely intimidating and not a great start.There return policy is completely unacceptable - simply breaking the strip to examine the product - I was told they?ll have nothing to do with it and it?s nothing to do with them.Worst experience ever for a purchase of £1000+

If you read the reviews below, you will see that samsung have the worst customer service when it comes to their foldable phones. I have had the same exact experience as someone who has posted below.I go into the store for an appointment, for the inner screen of my galaxy fold 4, the screen protector was peeling off. That was it. I was then told the phone doesnt open fully, which i never noticed. They said it wasnt my fault, its a known issue, it is covered under warranty. They said the screen needs to be completely replaced, and they would contact me when the part has arrived.I called back a couple weeks later and was told that its my fault because the phonr had accidental damage. I assure you, its been in tbe case samsung gave me from day one, never been dropped and its in excellent condition. They basically lie to you in order to get rid of you. The worst thing about all this is, i had samsung care, if they had told me they wont do it there and then, i wiuld have made a claim. But because i trusted and waited for them to get back to me, my samsung care is expired, my phone is now out of warranty and my inner screen doesnt work anymore.Ive had samsung phones only, since the galaxy s5. I have a samsung tv, washing machine, galaxy s10 plus phone, the fold 4 phone, i have a galaxy watch 5, galaxy ear buds and a galaxy tablet. But this is how they treat their customers.MY ADVICE: DO NOT BE SILLY AND BUY A FOLDABLE PHONE FROM THEM, THEY HAVE HUGE HINGE ISSUES AND THEY WONT FIX THEM FOR YOU.I am so dissapointed in samsung im going for order a google pixel rather than pay them over £500 for a screen replacement which i shouldnt even have to pay for. Read the reviews on google, trust pilot or wherever you want, the reviews are all the same, they claim accidental damage when there is clearly no damage.WHAT A SHAME, APPLE WOULD NEVER DO THIS.

Worst experience today I was served by Ben who claims to be a technician and followed by Amy who claims to be an Assistant service manager both these 2 were absolutely Unhelpful with a couple of small scuff marks on my 6 month old samsung fold 4 they refused to take a look at the 2 faults and were more interested in charging me £550 for replacing a new screen as they claimed it Haa a bend in the fold and it will need a new screen.From being a user from the S3 range years ago I finally had enough of this company .I had a replacement only 6 months ago and was given a replacement refurbished phone which was only 5 months old .Talk about an expensive £1800 handset .Samsung ti's is not what I'm expecting from a global brand not just the product but yalso our staff who were looking for marks to justify their actions .From a disappointed Samsung user

Adil who works in the engineers department is an asset to the team. Ahmed also managed to squeeze us in last minute and we went from being extremely frustrated to completely satisfied thanks to these two. Thank you Adil and Ahmed.

I've been to this Samsung store a few times to check the phones. Then today I finally wanted to get a new phone. Isra helped me and demonstrated her knowledge on price plans, great deals and quality customer service. Also another woman was trying to barge in when Isra was processing my phone, because she only wanted her support. So that's telling you something. Isra handled everything with professionalism and I was left happy. Without Isra I wouldn't have gotten the latest phone. Thanks Isra again. You were great.
