Lovely establishment. Location as central as it gets. Good breakfast spread included. Highlight is master bartender Tony and frontdesk Tishana. Equivalent of a 5 star service reception. Highly recommend.

This IGH property is by far one of my favorite locations in all the world. The location is perfect, it's so clean, and the staff is just amazing/helpful! Karol, Nicoleta, Jessica, and Tony went above and beyond to make our experience in London complete! They are best in class for IHG!

Undecided whether to rate 4 or 5, I opt for 5 because the quality/price ratio is excellent for the convenience and location. The rooms as often in London are not huge but they are comfortable and the bed is very comfortable. The breakfast offering needs to be expanded a bit but you can't complain.Extremely friendly reception... read full comment
