Lovely establishment. Location as central as it gets. Good breakfast spread included. Highlight is master bartender Tony and frontdesk Tishana. Equivalent of a 5 star service reception. Highly recommend.

This IGH property is by far one of my favorite locations in all the world. The location is perfect, it's so clean, and the staff is just amazing/helpful! Karol, Nicoleta, Jessica, and Tony went above and beyond to make our experience in London complete! They are best in class for IHG!

Undecided whether to rate 4 or 5, I opt for 5 because the quality/price ratio is excellent for the convenience and location. The rooms as often in London are not huge but they are comfortable and the bed is very comfortable. The breakfast offering needs to be expanded a bit but you can't complain.Extremely friendly reception staff, Janina in particular responded to some of our requests with much appreciated concern and courtesy.

Great little hotel tucked behind the Tate modern. Nice clean and roomy room and en suit. Very polite and friendly staff. Very nice complimentary breakfast with toasts, full English (limited, no mushroom or black pudding etc).

I highly advise against booking a room at this hotel, and I don't understand how they have this high, undeserved rating. There is a disgusting smell (like glue and burnt plastic, something very chemical) in the whole hotel, including the room that I stayed in. We had to leave the window open for 24 hours for the smell to dissipate enough to be tolerable. When I asked at the reception about this issue, they claimed it was because they were painting some rooms. However, that is not the case since it smelled nothing like paint, and the odor was present on all floors, not just the ones where they were doing paintwork. Additionally, there are very old reviews here (3-4 years old) complaining about the same thing, so they definitely have an issue with this, and they refuse to address it. Moreover, when I got home, I realised every item that I had with me got impregnated with that unpleasant smell - clothes, bags, trolley, glasses, phone chargers, iPad, even the phone case stinks now, and I don't know how to get that smell out of them. So only stay here if you want all you items to smell disgusting forever. This is not the only issue with this hotel, but while the disappointing breakfast and uncomfortable bed can somehow be tolerated, the smell issue should not be.

Disappointed, room out of date unlike the bathroom. Bed was hard, there was a weird smell about the hotel in general. Cooked breakfast was disgusting, hash browns seemed like they had been cooked a week ago they were chewy and dry, sausages were dry.Would not recommend staying hereStaff on the other hand were very kind and helpful
