Lost my mum two month ago, we call up helping hand to see if they will take all Mum belongings. There was quite a lot of it. There was no hesitation they came and picked it up at the time they said they would. Thank you very much helping hand you are a star.

Worst experience, even I visited 2 times the main manage not allowed me to talk directly some volunteer was there he communicate between us while manager was siited just close to door , even they don't allowed to me get inside the whole discussion was at door with little bit open rest closed
