Lost my mum two month ago, we call up helping hand to see if they will take all Mum belongings. There was quite a lot of it. There was no hesitation they came and picked it up at the time they said they would. Thank you very much helping hand you are a star.

Worst experience, even I visited 2 times the main manage not allowed me to talk directly some volunteer was there he communicate between us while manager was siited just close to door , even they don't allowed to me get inside the whole discussion was at door with little bit open rest closed

Most food donated to the place doesn?t get delivered out to the people they keep it for themselves and then when the food is delivered outside it?s mouldy

This place is a life saver for many people, they give food to anyone in need of a meal, sandwiches pastries, a lot is donated by local shops of food at or close to its sell by date, I have eaten food from here - I?m not actually in need so I buy toiletries and do a swap if I find myself hungry when I go there,

Absolutely FAB the Team very helpful. Karen very helpful at my Redbridge Branch very polite also she books appointment for me efficiently and always on time exactly re Carpenters. Thank you Karen Bless The Carpenter did FAB job as I have a Disability. And am over 65/66 to be exact nice to have had that little help within my own Borough bless. Thank you once again. And than you karen she is excellent how she respects our elders like me and many others she is very very helpful bless her always.
