“A Pharmacy like no other, a truly unique find. Do you know, it’s such a breath of fresh air to meet kind, lovely people, who you can rely on and trust. Akhil and his father are incredible, they give you so much of their time and energy in order to assist with anything you ask. Nothing seems to be too much trouble, it’s amazing, it’s like magic! There’s never any puffing or panting, grizzly faces, or scowls, no harsh tones to make you feel uneasy, no hurried moments to make you feel you should go. There’s always a SMILE! Thank you. I wish this wonderful attitude could be the same everywhere. So many people in the medical profession can be so unapproachable and this can cause so much distress. I would rather travel to a Pharmacy like Ham Parade Pharmacy, which I do, simply because they genuinely care and I know they will always be supportive. Kindness goes a very, very long way and I’m truly grateful. Thank you for all your help, especially with my mother. On top of all this, I have to say, that they run a superbly organised Pharmacy, with a vast selection of amazing products. The Hospital is always jam-packed and medicines can take over an hour to be dispensed, but Victoria serves with a smile, and is always apologetic (even when it is not down to her). Kudos to you Victoria, a tough job and not easy dealing with disgruntled patients. We all have our struggles, but being kind to one another makes it that bit easier.”
