The shop is spotless, very well organised and not cluttered like some pharmacy’s I have previously visited. Would not get my prescriptions from anywhere else as the service I receive at Pearcare is exceptional and staff always go above and beyond!”

“Everyone in our family use PSM for flu and covid vaccinations. They are available for both booked appointments and walk-ins (at least now!), they are friendly, helpful and the person giving the vaccinations is good at distracting you so that you barely realise it’s happened. Perfect.”

“the store is massively under-stocked what happened! they are very understaffed - however, the young lady (by the name of Erica i think i recall) at the till was lovely despite being under a lot of pressure. she had a whole line of 5 or more customers waiting and attended to them quickly and with a smile on her face. she didnt hesitate to run about the store to find things people needed which is very kind.i have been a long standing customer of this boots for more than 6 years now and this was the best service i have received!”
