“Lucia at Barclays Kingston,who we saw was brilliant. My mum is 95 and she took time to explain everything to her. However, the set up in the banking hall isn't great nor the booking of the appointment. Nobody to welcome us and we had to wait and ask where to go. Also telephone booking didn't through everything and we wasted time doing stuff st the appointment that we could have done at home. 5 star for Lucia but only 3 star for barclays company”
