“There is a severe lack of staff in this branch. However when you finally do get to see someone they are very helpful and pleasant. It is embarrassing and uncomfortable to have observed some customers unable to be civil and polite to staff. One berating a staff member about the air con - on the hottest day of the year. Flabbergasted. FYI - it was bliss - thank you”

“Visited the branch Friday 5 August; there was, unusually, no queue. The cashier I saw was efficient and extremely helpful, even checking online - on her own initiative - the veracity of an investment company I was proposing to send funds to. I cannot speak too highly of the service provided.”
