“This review is for the Argos store at Kiburn. I went there to return a defective Item I bought online (a cloth steamer ) I was really happy with the treatment I received from the man named Jaiquan. Jaiquan took time to listen to the problem and resolved the issue in no time. He took back the defective item and refunded it with no hassle. His warmth and professionalism are second to none he deserves a million stars! Especially after I was treated so badly by Imran,(an employee at Argos Marble Arch) the difference between these two men was night and day. Imran, the employee at Argos Marble Arch needs to take a serious retraining or he would need to take a break from being near people as he has a huge anger issue. He is so unprofessional, laud, and rude. He bullies and yells at customers and bark like a dog telling the customer to leave the store. Thank you Jaiquan for letting me feel I can shop at Argos again! You are a star!!”

“pretty decent food selection, the best in West Hampstead anyway, even have a decent vegan and veg selection, most of the staff are borderline civil, which is a miracle for supermarket staff nowadays, very few I have come across are displaying an attitude and a chip or are overtly rude unlike Waitrose staff and Tesco's”
