I went to the store today because I buyed 4 months ago an iron, they didnt give me the refund, the item doesn'twork after only 1 time used , I loose 130 pounds for nothing, be aware to buy in argos...if I can I will give 0 stars

I used to use Argos Kilburn as a place to collect ebay packages but packages if I am not able to pick up do not seem to send notifications when recieved to phone or appear to return ebay packs to sender which has caused issues with getting refunds. I no longer use as hub.
