Got seated for eyebrows by Pooja only to find I was waiting for a good 30 minutes. She moved on to her next customer then I had to ask if im going to be seen and was told it would be another half an hour wait. Don't come here very bad service and 0 accountability for their mistakes! I would have given a 0 if I could. I rang the salon asking for a hairstyle to be booked with a specific stylist who had done my hair before and was assured this was all booked in and going ahead. Terrible experience. I went to get my nail extensions removed and get a basic polish and the ‘nail technician’ spent nearly an hour trying to remove the gel polish and then she tried to shape it, asking if it is okay to add polish on top….the reason why I decided to even visit was because one of the extensions came... read full comment
