“Pleasant and friendly customer service, nice styling of hair, but price is a bit on the higher end as several other shops charge the same for a wash, cut and blow dry while here hair wash is extra.
Eyebrows threading was clean and not painful at all, definitely worth it.

My daughter's long hair had become severely matted in several areas and was impossible to rectify. Happi's professional expertise and her can do attitude meant that she took on a huge challenge that no other salon would. She took charge of the situation, and ensured that extra staff came in to cover the shop while we went to get specialised hair products and the two ladies worked tirelessly from 5pm to midnight to fix the problem. They showed my child such care and gentleness as if she was their own and despite being tired did not stop until the job was done and her hair was restored. I would recommend this salon and would give them 10 stars if I could. The service is platinum and these ladies are diamond. A massive heartfelt thank you ?.”

“Absolutely love Heena's Beauty! I've been getting laser hair removal for upper lip, for the last 6 months and Heena has been amazing! She is knowledgeable on the subject of laser removal, and I've seen amazing results! Super happy with the treatment.
She's patient with the process and tailors the process to my needs and skin type ie. Skin sensitivity.

I go in with all these wild colour ideas and then she gives her opinion and between us I walk out feeling amazing. And funky lol. Plus Donette is a great people person. I came today for waxing and I was treated by RUNA: absolutely amazing! She was so good and nice to me (especially because it is my first time).
Very good at her job and did very well.
I wanted to give 4.5 stars because of the small hair left behind, but I think you can’t have the hair 100% waxed.
