Got seated for eyebrows by Pooja only to find I was waiting for a good 30 minutes. She moved on to her next customer then I had to ask if im going to be seen and was told it would be another half an hour wait. Fine, but save your customers the wait and let them know about the wait time, rather than leaving them sat there! Bear in mind the shop was not busy at all.

Don't come here very bad service and 0 accountability for their mistakes! I would have given a 0 if I could. I rang the salon asking for a hairstyle to be booked with a specific stylist who had done my hair before and was assured this was all booked in and going ahead. I came to the salon to be told the stylist was running late. After a 30 minute wait I was told the stylist was here only to find it was a completely different lady to the one I had requested. They only care about money and not their customers. I had asked if anything could be done on the price for the inconvenience and the owner said no and was responding as if they had done nothing wrong. I was meant to have a blow dry here later this week and bring 2 other customers with me to also get blowdrys but we will not be doing it anymore at this salon, we will be going elsewhere.

Terrible experience. I went to get my nail extensions removed and get a basic polish and the ?nail technician? spent nearly an hour trying to remove the gel polish and then she tried to shape it, asking if it is okay to add polish on top?.the reason why I decided to even visit was because one of the extensions came off otherwise I would never visit this place. I had to tell them what to do to remove the extension and they still charged me £12 for removal?never again. The nail technician was not able to understand/communicate a word in English and had to communicate with the front desk staff member. You are supposed to provide tailored services to clients, not just place anyone to sit there and fool people. I could have done the job myself at home by following instructions on YouTube.

I have had my hair coloured by the lovely Bobby today. She really helped me with the shade of colour and styling. Really friendly, she is really fast yet precise with her work, definitely will go back again and request Bobby for my next hair appointment. Thank you Bobby .

I would have given 0 if there is an option to do so. Please don't go to the Salon, a big NO from my side if you want to save your hard earned money. I went there for permanent hair straightening last Saturday after getting all the details of costing. For hair till shoulders she asked me for 130 pounds and asked 50 pounds advance which I transferred immediately. I knew they are charging more but still I wanted to get it done so I accepted. Procedure took almost 2.5 to 3hrs and they asked me to wash hair coming Tues. When I washed the hair they all went back to normal like nothing was done and all my money has wasted. I contacted them again but no reply since then. They are not at all professional and doesn't care once customer is gone. I don't know how review will going to impact them but please DON'T GO THERE TO WASTE YOUR MONEY and unnecessary torture your hair in strong chemicals which anyways will not going to work. Adding the photos of my hair just after the procedure(photo 1) and after the wash(photo 2).I was contacted by beauty suite the day after I posted the review and told me they couldn't connect because management was away. They offered permanent straightening again by loreal professional which I refused. So, in order to fix the situation they are providing me voucher which can be used within 4 months on any of their services. I am yet to receive the voucher though but I want to call out here that they are in touch with me since then and trying to rectify the situation.

Bobby did an amazing job, she cut my hair exactly the way I wanted , listening to all my concerns and double checking along the way whether I am happy with the progress, I?m very glad I was in such great hands for my first hair cut in over 2 years. Thanks once again :)

I have been going here for my eyebrow threading and they are the best. However the customer service especially Paula is very rude and refused to speak to me when I had a issue. Her attitude is disgusting and so is her behaviour. She is extremely nasty and does not know how to treat her customers.Service: Eyebrow threading
