“Unfortunately the customer service is terrible at the Ilford branch. The staff are friendly but they do not know what they are doing. This is the third time I have visited the branch and told different things about the same matter by different members of staff. Also long waiting times to be seen. No sanitider either and the automatic doors do not work but there is no sign on the doors to tell you this. Health and safety seem to lacking!”

“Visited today expecting a poor experience similar to Natwest. However, the young lady at the front desk was very welcoming and answered my query clearly. She directed me to the cashier and I was served by Raj. Raj was brilliant - instead of palming me off and asking me to come back another day with x,y and z she actually made an allowance and helped me there and then with my transaction.The process was simple and straightforward - maybe time to switch from NatWest Ilford permanently”

“i went into halifax branch in barkingside the lady on the counter was unhelpful and moody and didnt sort out my request, and spoke as if she wasnt bothered! however i went into barclays barkingside to deal with the same request and the lady on the counter sukvinder virdee was happy smiling and spoke to me nicely and sorted out my request and took the time to ask if imhad anything else she could help with , very nice helpfull staff as suppose to halifax staff . no wonder halifax branches are closing .”

“Lucky that Ashton was there today to sort me out with a temporary credit card good job some of your staff knows what there doing because the Asian lady would have turned me away and have me believe they are not available and possible. It was actually a life or death situation for me but they didnt seem to think there was any point of providing temporary credit cards. Anyway luckily Ashton knew what he was doing. Try employing more staff members like him and getting rid of the useless ones and shure you will get a better reputation”
