Their IT system had broken my online-only account, and they got it fixed despite having many complicated steps to go through that only one of the tellers knew how to do.There was also a woman next to me who wanted to send a large amount of money to someone but realised she forgot her ID at home, so her teller obviously couldn't process the transaction. The teller was very sympathetic and provided several alternative options, some of which where rather creative.Side-note: maybe they could improve privacy at the teller windows. I couldn't help overhearing the woman next to me.”
