Most loveliest employee helped me today - was incredibly proactive asking customers if they needed help and polite and just overall nice. Definitely needs some sort of reward as this appears to be consistent behaviour with every customer. Unsure of his name but was wearing a sunflower lanyard

The staff at this Tesco were shockingly rude and clearly biased. I used a Tesco bag to pick up a few items, and instead of politely explaining any policy, they aggressively demanded I put everything back and use a basket.
