“I have shopped here regularly since it opened and would like to take the time to say a few words of thanks to their security guard Jehan. He has always been extremely polite and friendly with me, even assisting me to shop when I was in agony after breaking four ribs. He does his job with great professionalism and empathy, dealing promptly with each situation to ensure he keeps the staff and shoppers safe. I recently witnessed him running out in to the road to safe a young boy who ran out in to the on coming traffic while his mother was shopping in the store. He showed great courage and bravery, never once thinking about his own safety. Luckily, they were both fine.I just feel that sometimes we should take the time to appreciate people like Jahal, because they not only there to stop shop lifters, they are there to keep us safe too, and he does a pretty good job!”

Their sandwiches, snacks, and hot drink options are solid and fresh. The layout is compact but efficient—very user-friendly. Highly recommend for quick top-ups.”

“"Visited M&S BP Convenience Store and Fuel Station recently, and I was impressed! The store is immaculately clean, safety is well-marked, and there's a fantastic variety of food and daily groceries. The abundance of loyalty schemes and cards adds to the perks. Quick and efficient check-out service makes shopping a breeze. Plus, the 24-hour availability of alcohol and tobacco is a definite convenience. The Wild Bean Cafe is amazing, though it opens at 4 and closes by 12. Overall, a solid 4-star experience!"”

“I’m generally not into books, I never seem to complete an entire one. I was just looking around the store for something to read on my long flight.
Looking for a cheap read, I knew marketing would win over quality reads( since most of the books are book of the year/best reviewed/best rated author/winner of magazine). I was standing behind the shelves, confused trying to pick one book.
“Can I help you, are looking to read something interesting ?” asked the man.
I want books close to reality but mysterious and wholesome.
“I may not be an expert but I have seen people read something curiously and often they do buy that book, wait, let me get that for you “ said the man. I just can’t seem to remember the name of staff at the service counter, Sir you are too kind.
3 hours into the flight, I finished around 120 pages of this very book. Thank you.”

“I go here often for lunch, usually. Great shop, i always come out with something I can eat despite my dietary limitations. Ample parking, and it's easy to get into the grounds from the road. Friendly staff. Always plenty of stock. Oh, unless it's the sandwiches around lunchtime. Try and go a bit earlier to get what you want, especially if you can't just grab anything.”

“Started ordering online and had some lovely dishes from here. Food is always delivered on time, hot and delicious. Never had a problem with the food. Driver always polite and friendly. Ordered today as my Daughter who was 13 today asked for Indian for dinner, I pooped a note in the box asking for them to write happy birthday on the bag. They very kindly sent her j20, some chocolates and left a lovely note for her, was very thoughtful. ??”

“The hotel was very convenient and the rooms were cosy and comfortable. There was a service station next door where I was able to eat some food which was very convenient. The staff at the hotel were also great especially the Arab guy Rahul he was very helpful and helped take my luggage to my room. Overall I would recommend this hotel to family and friends.”
