Just spoken to them and while I was speaking he just put the phone down. Completely useless company - I will buy from anyone else rather than EE

Yesterday 24th of July 2025 I went into the EE shop in Holloway and I went with my mum to sort her sim out as she can’t make calls with her sim or any texts which is dodgy , but what is more dodgy is why did the lady in the shop give a second sim without asking or consent ?
