I can not thank Kevin enough for going above and beyond his customer services duties to deal with my issue. He is one of the most professional and friendly staff members I have met. He is a total asset to three and it's customers.

Both times I’ve gone in with an issue Daniel has been very unhelpful and difficult to deal with when trying to resolve an issue. First time he blatantly lied about a process needed. This time months later I’ve gone in seen the person before me not have to do it for the same issue I’m having, he asked me to do it again... read full comment
