I was advised by customer service to be in the physical store to solve my issue, but I?ve experienced the most unhelpful service from Daniel. Daniel was so dismissive and had the major attitude, there?s no concern of theirs to help or at least ?try? to help. My problem was not solved and it was just a total waste of my time.

I can not thank Kevin enough for going above and beyond his customer services duties to deal with my issue. He is one of the most professional and friendly staff members I have met. He is a total asset to three and it's customers.

Both times I?ve gone in with an issue Daniel has been very unhelpful and difficult to deal with when trying to resolve an issue. First time he blatantly lied about a process needed. This time months later I?ve gone in seen the person before me not have to do it for the same issue I?m having, he asked me to do it again and when I called him out on it he didn?t know how to respond. Your better off calling up the customer service team they was so much more helpful. I?m still without a working sim for 3 days due to this service but at least the team online was friendly. Avoid this store.

I visited the Islington store today and had a very positive and pleasant experience with Daniel. He answered to all my questions, helped to choose my SIM card. As I'm new in the city it was really nice to find someone helpful. 10/10 customer service :)

Kevin was great, there were some technical issues in the store today and he did his best to solve the problem by trying out different things for me, it meant he had to stay late after closing so I really appreciated it. Lovely guy as well, good reflection on the store / company. Thanks !

Waiting outside on 10/10/23 for the shop to open, alongside an elderly lady trying to stand with a walking stick and a man that was clearly distraught as he?d had his Three mobile stolen and was stuck in London, requiring assistance.At 0855 the worker walked past us all to unlock and open up, not a word mumbled to us at all informing us that he wouldn?t be opening the shop until at least 0915, 15 mins late.The elderly lady had to leave as she couldn?t stand any longer, I had to go to work.You?ve got one simple job, open your store on time - and you failed.

Very bad! They are offering £15 for 30GB or £20 for 60GB as pay as you go sim card but when I went to ask them they are trying to get me on a rolling contract and pay more which is ridiculous! I already mentioned that my parent are only here for a month and I want to do pay as you go option. However they are keep offering me to do rolling contract. It is very unethical and luckily i saw the advertisement on the wall and I asked. Juan the Assistant manager was not really happy with my choice and went to spoke to his colleague behind my back and be like ?she saw the ad?. I have been using Three for the last 10 years and I have to be honest with your customer fooling like this I will switch for another network. I don?t really care if they are more expensive but your signal are also bad too. It?s just how you are thinking that I am so easy to fool and trying to get commission is very unethical. Ridiculous!

I stayed here overnight for a business trip, meeting at the business design Centre. It was a perfect overnight today. Quiet. The room was very comfortable and well kitted out. The bed was also extremely comfortable and I got a good night sleep. Air-conditioning was easy to use and very quiet. The complimentary buffet breakfast was delicious. There was a good range from cooked through continental choices, fruit, cereals, bread, and toast, etc. The steaming pot of fresh filter coffee went down very well! So much better than Hilton in the United States, where breakfast isn?t included, and they don?t even provide facilities to make hot drinks in the room. Well done, Hilton, UK

Our stay at the Hilton Angel Islington was terrible. Black mold in the shower, construction early in the morning, extremely uncomfortable beds and sticking doors. Not what one would expect from the Hilton brand. We will not be staying at this location again. When I raised my concerns the manager on duty was less then helpful or willing to make it right. Avoid this hotel.

Just a few minutes walk from Angel Underground, multiple bus routes to the city center, and surrounded by a wide variety of restaurants, the Hilton Islington is a good choice. Prices are high for what you get - even as a Diamond member our room was small and boxy, although the AC did work on a scorching hot weekend. Black mold around base of shower stall was a problem and I advised reception staff that it needed attention before the next guest checked in - bleach would help!! Breakfast buffet is good and staff are helpful. The Executive Lounge is small with a selection of tea/coffee during the day, and a mini-breakfast buffet in the mornings.

There are few hotels anywhere to rival the friendliness and helpfulness of the Hilton Hotel at Angel, Upper Street. I have stayed here may times and every time is a pleasure, with Service Quality and Smiles delivered in abundance. The area is close to busses and tubes and the vicinity is well served with bars and restaurants. Cant recommend this Hotel highly enough.

A bout of illness meant we had to request a flexible check out and use of the room during the day whilst attending a nearby wedding. The whole issue was sorted without any fuss by two consecutive shifts on reception - plus sorting out extra parking etc.. The sort of service one might expect from a very superior hotel and we cannot recommend highly enough.
