When to Islington store because I needed help with my contract , other stores were unwilling to help as my English is not good. The store was busy but Yajaira acknowledged my presence and told me to wait for her. She resolved my issue and answered all the questions I had .

i went to Three a week ago and had the worst experience of my life . I think the ladies name was Agnes she was extremely hostile and pushing things down my throat that i didn?t want , i ended just leaving and going somewhere else . She was also getting frustrated at my dad as he didn?t speak perfect english which is extremely disrespectful . hopefully this issue can be resolved and the next person doesn?t experience this

I had a little internet issue with my phone, this was the first store where I entered to get some support. I was totally lost and anxious but Daniel was very helpful and kind, he helped me to calm down and he solved the issue in no time. I left the store very satisfied with a working phone. :)

I have been the store few weeks ago, and the service was excellent. Setting up my SIM card was not smooth, but Daniel helped me a lot and answered all of my questions. He was very kind and well prepared. I highly recommend this store!

My auto-renew cancelled because I had no cash on my card. One would expect a grace period of maybe a few hours to transfer money but nah, not Three. Couldn?t renew or top-up via the app because it?s terrible. Couldn?t do either over the phone, so dropped into Angel store. One of the worst customer experiences I?ve had in the UK. Dani couldn?t care less, told me I had to speak to customer service to re-activate my account. The fact that you can?t do this in store at all makes no sense.Dropping Three altogether. Terrible London coverage and customer service.

Today I visited the store, the service was excellent. My phone was broke and I wanted the new one, Dani helped me to choose another phone. First of all he asked me what functions I wanted for the new one and I told him, after this he compared some of phones, and then I could choose the new one. Dani was very helpful and patient, and his knowledge and professional sense are excellent. If you go to the store,look for Dani

My husband needed help with his 3 iphone connection. We found Danni, at 3 Upper Street very patient , friendly and helpful in solving the problem . It meant renewing the sim card on my husband's phone . We were so pleased indeed for the care and attention.

Very poor customer service. I visited the Islington store twice today and had a very negative experience with one member of the staff, I do not know the name (in case the Three takes seriously the customer feedback, it was on 19.12 at 14.00am and he was a man).I visited the shop at 10.00am asking for a duplicate sim card, they said that in around 10 min it would be activated. Four hours later the sim card did not work so I visited the shop again asking for advised and help. The person who attended me did not have a great day or maybe he is very demotivated at work. His lack of interested in solve the problem, his bad attitude and poor professionality were shocking. He did not care about my enquiry at all. He just said that the sim could take until 24h to be activated and he could not do anything. But it was not what he said, it was how he communicated. Very unprofessional.

I was advised by customer service to be in the physical store to solve my issue, but I?ve experienced the most unhelpful service from Daniel. Daniel was so dismissive and had the major attitude, there?s no concern of theirs to help or at least ?try? to help. My problem was not solved and it was just a total waste of my time.
