“I visited this store a few weeks ago to get a SIM card replacement. At first I was reluctant to go in as their staff during and after Covid was always rude and inefficient. I was happy to see a new store manager who was super helpful and the guys from his team also helped me pairing my headphones with my new phone. It wasn’t their job to do that but they were kind enough to go above & beyond and that was very much appreciated.”

“Purchased a Nintendo Switch game that worked intermittently, seems the cartridge was quite worn and couldn't be read. I had already thrown the receipt, but provided them with my online proof of purchase, and they honoured the warranty, giving me a refund. Friendly and apologetic staff who genuinely wanted to help. Thank you very much! Will be purchasing used games in future with peace of mind of the warranty.”

“Recently went in to get a contract for a new phone as my old one was broken. I arrived not knowing who to ask or go to and saw multiple staff members on their phones sitting down as I walked around and employee Labib was the only one to notice me and came over straight away to help. I was very confused on the many contracts to choose from and he took the time to sit down with me and explain which contracts i could go for. He showed me the different prices of the contracts and compared them to each other to show which ones would be better for me to pick. He also asked about what phone I would like and if I had any preferences or options for my phone to have and showed me which of the phones would be better for me and also in my price range. After some time we settled on a contract and went through with it. He saved me some money while getting the most suitable phone within my budget. Huge lifesaver. We need more employees like him and 10/10 recommend him for any others who go in to the shop.”
